REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Please note:
- All sales at (website handle) are final. We have a no refund/cancellation policy.
- Any order related disputes need to be addressed within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
- We do not organize shipments for return/exchange of the order.
- Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows ‘delivered’ but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
- In the rare case that there is a defective issue with the parcel, we will definitely replace it.
- JYOTIKKA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.
Steps for Size Exchange:
1. For size exchange please mail (email) with your original order number along with all necessary details of exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item.
3. Mail subject line should have ‘EXCHANGE – name – order number’
4. Once approved, we shall send you the address to courier it back to us. The courier will be organized by the you – the customer.
5. Our team will inform you once we receive the courier and confirm the size change.
6. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges.
7. We will send a size exchange only once, post that courier for the exchange will need to be organized at the customers end.
Steps for Size Customization:
1. We offer plus size customizations and minor length adjustments (dresses/ trousers/skirts) at no additional cost
2. Please drop us a dm, ONLY once we confirm availability – you can place your order on the website and dm us your :
- order number
- measurements ( bust, waist, hip, chest, arm size, length )
- We do not accept exchanges/returns as we are unable to repurpose the pieces, so please send the accurate measurements across.
